Each User must keep YNotCallMe Inc passwords and other secure access information confidential and notify YNotCallMe Inc promptly if User believes that the security of an account has been compromised. YNotCallMe Inc has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions. However, User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's password and account. YNotCallMe Inc will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using User's password or account, either with or without User's knowledge. HOWEVER, YNotCallMe Inc CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT SUCH SECURITY AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY SECURITY BREACHES.

MAKING PURCHASES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD

When you order products on the site, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to grant you a YNotCallMe Inc YNotCallMe Inc Voicechat Membership and to notify you of your order status. Again, all of this information is encrypted before it travels over the Internet for your protection and security.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

YNotCallMe Inc does not sell, trade or rent your information to any unrelated third party.

USER CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Product applicant must contact the YNotCallMe Inc Office, Refund Department, by E-mail ONLY, within (30) thirty days from the original date of data entry into the YNotCallMe Inc system, to be considered to receive a refund for the YNotCallMe Inc Refund requests submitted by other means must be received within the (30) thirty day policy period. Postmark dates are not considered, unless they are received by YNotCallMe Inc within the (30) thirty day policy period. Refund requests that do not meet the (3) three day requirement will be denied.

Refund of the Membership constitutes cancellation of the YNotCallMe Inc Membership and Business Centre. Upon approval of the YNotCallMe Inc Membership refund, the account will be voided and access denied. All refund requests must contain the YNotCallMe Inc Customer login, Applicant Name and the Billing Name:
